Like "El Gallinero", this apartment has had an eventful history of use and is now a spacious and comfortably furnished apartment. With a double and a single bed as well as a sofa bed, it is ideal for a couple or a family. The 50 square metre apartment has two rooms, its own kitchen with all appliances, a smart bathroom and its own garden terrace with a fantastic view of our green Vallalta valley. It has its own entrance, air conditioning, heating and WIFI, towels are included.
The apartment is located approximately 30 meters from the masia and can be accessed via a wide garden staircase with 12 steps.

1) In case you are coming from Arenys de Munt via BV-5128
- Drive through our village "Sant Iscle de Vallalta"
- About 200 m after the village ends you will encounter the "Polígono Industrial"
- On the left side there is the building of "Cartonajes Romero"
- Enter the dirt track on the left of the building and follow it straight for 400 m until you reach our place
2) In case you are coming from direction Sant Pol de Mar
- Drive direction "Sant Iscle de Vallalta"
- Pass the gas station "CSI" and drive over the small bridge 200 m later
- Directly after the bridge on the right side there is the building of "Cartonajes Romero"
- Enter the dirt track on the left of the building and follow it straight for 400 m until you reach our place

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
35% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
Remaining balance: We'll arange the second payment upon arrival. Accepted are common credit cards, cash or online transfer.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
A tourist tax ("Impuesto sobre las estancias en establecimientos turísticos") of €1.10 is charged per person per day, up to a maximum of €7.70 per person per stay. Young people up to the age of 16 are exempt from tourist tax.

Tolle Wohnung auf traumhaften Grundstück
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in traumhafter Kulisse. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut eingerichtet, sauber, komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Lage der Masia ist wunderbar - sehr ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Sören und Claudia sind tolle Gastgeber :-)
